Special items and Gods

~~Special Items~~

Mobs are now able to drop rare special items!

There's a 1% chance that there will be one random drop from 180 different special items that we have created. Each item is divided into Rarity groups depending how Rare/Powerful they are. Where Angelic/Demonic has the most powerful special items and uncommon has the least powerful special items.


Angelic/Demonic

Amount: 18

Rarity: 0.1%





Legendary

Amount: 27

Rarity: 0.15%





Epic

Amount: 36

Rarity: 0.2%





Rare

Amount: 45

Rarity: 0.25%





Uncommon

Amount: 54

Rarity: 0.3%





You want your own items in here?

Even if we have 180 Items we want to make the odds slightly lesser for players to get Angelic/Legendaries. Which is why we need more ideas for Uncommon items/Rare Items.

Each "3rd" item we APPROVE will earn you a Nether Star and ONLY if we approve and add it to the game.

Rules:

1. It has to be relatively serious. No:"God axe of awesomeness" including maximum enchantments. (I will probably modify the enchants to fit the uncommon rank)

2. Do not include your own name (We have already done this to known players and we have enough)

3. Don't complain in case we decline your item. We will be picky.

4. VIP's are the only ones allowed to make Rare items (Why not)

Here's the list of enchantments you can use:

PROTECTION_FIRE
PROTECTION_FALL
OXYGEN
WATER_WORKER
KNOCKBACK
FIRE_ASPECT
LOOT_BONUS_MOBS
DIG_SPEED
DURABILITY
LOOT_BONUS_BLOCKS
ARROW_KNOCKBACK
ARROW_FIRE
ARROW_INFINITE

~~GODS~~

This might be "old" news but it's worth mentioning it.

A God is an entity that exist because a player has chosen to believe in it.

A player shows his faith in a god by building a altar for his god and using the altar to pray. In this way, many gods may exist at a time, all with names created by the players.

The main purpose for believing in these Gods is to gain from the help the gods provide. Such as blessings or items.


Any person are able to join a religion but only VIP's are able to create their own gods and be priests.

Altars

VIP's can easily make altars:

Place a torch on a smooth brick block
Place a sign on the side of the block with ONLY the name of your God written on any line
Players can now pray to this God by right-clicking on the altar sign
You can check the information of a god by using /gods info. This way you will see what food/mobs that are Holy and Unholy.

This is how an altars looks like:





Rules

Gods exist as long as players believe in them
Gods comes into existence by players building altars to them
Gods grow stronger from the number of believers they have
Gods grow stronger from the number of prayers at their alters
Gods appoints a single believer to be his priest
Gods will bless their believers with items they need
Priest can pray for Blessing and Cursing specific players
Gods send their believers on quests
Gods protect their lands around their altars.

Commandments

Any God with respect for himself have strong opinions about what is right and wrong.

A God will periodically tell his priest about what food and creature types are considered holy and unholy.
Because the God will react swiftly with blessings and curses on his believers accordingly to these commandments, it is the priests responsibility to communicate (preach) this information to the believers in general.

I'm not sure if 'items' can have enchants like sharpness or fire aspect. I think it's only items that are classified as 'weapons.'

We should probably have items that you get from quests.

Like say if Pastabob had a quest where you got an item. We could name it "Pastabob's Greedy Pickaxe" and it has extra looting or something.

Yes, Forgot something. We need to add description. See below for an example. It can't be too long. If you are gonna add another line, that's fine. Just don't have more than 2 lines or too many words on 1 line.

For the color of the description,
Uncommon = &3
Rare = &2

If you can use /diablodrops to spawn a specific rare drop? If you can, then having an NPC spawn the items for rewards is no issue. But, if you can't.....I'm pretty confident an item with specific names/descriptions can't be spawned lol
